Public both through Departmental staff and also through outsourcing. APCP being a registered Society, is in a better position to seek OUTSOURCING CONTRACTS for Counseling from the Government departments/
Public Secor corporations/ Municipal Corporations,/ Municipalities/Pachayats / Semi Government Institutions / or even Private Corporations/Hospitals/ etc.
